- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ By Chris Windust04/07/2017Appalling service from start to finish. Failed to meet the brief for the simplest of installations. Resulted in supplying a Quooker tap that was 'unfit for purpose' at a cost of over £1600. Wincombe then changed their story numerous times and refused to put the situation right. They simply asked for more money! (A further £500!) We are now launching legal action against them to obtain remedy. This company has poor ethics and no idea about customer service. A shambles!!
